In every period, Gyoosha ( or Yakuza, or Right Party, or just military freaks ) took an action independently, so they never left the evidence. We could not know who ordered. They showed a complete dual personality, so the intention duplicated to other people. The mandator kept healthy by this, because it just looked a selfish action some stupid persons did it one-sidedly. To look so, they continued pooling the talent. This was one reason why Japanese sexual business was so strong.
To know the-behind-the-scenes, there needed to do USE and TALK. In my delusional investigations, it did not reach to politicians and Imperial Family. It was stopped on the people around of politicians and Imperial Family. The mandators were only anxious about their own overdoing, then tried to approach them.

Our generation had learned these Chinese proverbs well, however, we could not take an action following these phrases. The cramming education in Japan made us so stupid. We knew such proverbs well but not understand the meaning well. Our intelligence was less than Japanese in the Middle Ages. To learn the European thought so hard, we forgot the Chinese thought which matched with us well. Even the strange European Japanese could not understand the mean of “Innocent Until Proven Guilty”. Just a rumor and a lie could destroy the life in Japan. They would be tortured by “瓜田李下” for a while.
To say so in the air, they all retorted as they knew the meaning well.
