The History can be said as the continuous onsets that are the cause and effect. If only mentioned about the historical facts or events, that is  called as " the history ". Make the events between the historical facts and join them is  called as " makethe story ", it is not the history. But it is  one of the technique to make the historical novel. Mutopia the Hard SF stories uses it, and also uses the way of the mention of the history. But all the cause and effect is  in the delusion. Just we can know isonly one ---- the presence of The Earth, however, traced the causality from the  presence of The Earth to the past, we could have been realized the stories of The Universal Spieces.
