The Treaty Among Universal Species
General Provisions
The purpose of this Rule is for protecting every Species --- Universal Speciesand new Species. This rule guarantees the rights of existence in every Species.But there is an exception for invasional Species to offend Time Works.
1. We never destroy the planet of every Species
We guarantee the right of existence. We do not destroy any life planets andsolar systems.
2. We never kill any intelligent lives for ownpleasure
We guarantee living rights of any lives. We should not change the evolution ofany lives.
3. We never offend the sovereignty of anycountries
We guarantee the evolution of every Species to become Universal Species.
