VI-1.
VI-2. After I was scattered from Koban, but for Japanese police never told something, I lost the chance to pursue legal means. I became regarding as Japanese Media and Japanese police were accomplices to this crime. They must have been waiting for my death or suicide.
I had lost my job, but for my room’s lent was paid by my parents, so I could live with no problem. I restarted my writing. While I was working, I rarely could write my novel. My writing skill was not enough to make a story in spare time. It was happy time for me. I could spend time without communicating others. It would become the much happier if Japanese Media and Japanese police were there.
I was contemplating freely, and spent time only for my writing. I searched the libraries around my house, and spent time to find new idea in there. What a wonderful time was. It was a life of profligate son. But such a life did not last so long.
When I was walking around my house, two women was waiting for me. One was tall, another was small. The tall one looked Akiko Type Girl. She said, ” Does he love me ? ” The small one agreed in silence. This woman was called ‘ Humiko ‘ by THEM.
— The tall one was a porn actress whom I had her video. But I did not love her. It meant they watched my life.
In Japanese society, the oppressors did not only allow the freedom of speech, but also did not seem to allow freedom of love. Because the oppressors wanted to control the target by using a partner. They could not take easy to know everything about the target. It was supposed a tradition from the age of Great Japanese Empire.
For example, my father married with a daughter of national police ( my mother ) when my uncle became a communist. Once I asked my mother for why she wanted to marry with my father. She answered it not knowing. They were in an arrangement marriage. My mother’s father ( ex-national-police ) did not say anything about this marriage. My parents only knew he once pursued my father’s grandmother’s uncle ( my granduncle ) in the age of Great Japanese Empire. My granduncle led many peasant disputes and jailed for whole time in the Pacific War. After losing this war, my granduncle became a member of congress as socialist party, but for my uncle became a communist, my father became danger by the red purge. Therefore, it was a good fortune of that my father could get married with a daughter of ex-national-police. But it was not certain who made them married. I heard it that my mother’s father only said my granduncle was a great man.
Although my granduncle ( Michisuke Morita : 守田道輔 ) was the eldest brother of landowner’s, he fought for labors and peasants. In the first, he did National Level Movement, but Japanese police regarded it as peasant’s dispute. It was the subject of crackdown. Japanese police were wary of communist’s revolution.
After the public security preservation law was passed ( 1925 ), Japanese police watched him out imposingly.
My grandmother was scared for it, she moved to Okinawa ( Naha ) where her elder sister lived. In there, my grandmother went to a girl’s high school ( 三女 ) and tried to become a teacher but failed. She graduated at the top results and read a graduation address, but she could not become a teacher. No one knew the truth, however, it was not hard to imagine. Japanese police were. She married with my grandfather ( father’s father ) who came to find new business in Okinawa the after ( 1934 ). But this unfortune was affected good for her. If she would have become a teacher, she might be dead for the battle of Okinawa. Her junior student ( but 一女 ) who became a teacher was dead by leading Himeyuri students ( ひめゆり学徒隊 ) actually. She became a madam of Japanese style hotel in stead of this death. But she lost all property by the area bombing in WWII. She came back to her home in Yamaguchi before the end of this war.
In the hand, my granduncle repeated jailed and discharged. According to his daughter, he was arrested by the reason of that fabricated a relationship with communism in 1933, he was jailed for four years. When the Pacific War had begun, he jailed again in the name of preventive detention. Because the public security preservation law was strengthened for WWII. Japanese police could arrest the suspicious persons with no evidence. My granduncle was jailed for whole time in this war.
On this arrest, my mother’s father joined as National Police. In Japan, national police were called ‘ Special Higher Police ( 特別高等警察 ).’ They started from cracking down on communism, they got power by the public security preservation law. According to my mother, he was just a new detective who could become national police before the war, he was always frightened something. He seemed to talk with my granduncle but the conversation was not certain. But he did not suppose to think bad for him. Because he allowed my mother to be married with his nephew.
After the war, my granduncle became a member of congress in Katayama Cabinet ( 1947-1948 ). After finished this term, he continued participating in politics. He worked for labors mostly. He was dead on the public seat in city council ( 1982 ). He was a disputer at the last moment.
In my turn, it was done by Ookura. He was obviously an agent from Japanese Media. I HEARD they claimed to him, but he excused it to say that, ” I only think it cool to have a girlfriend of porn actress.”
— It was the future to have a girlfriend of porn actress. He was mismatching with the present Japanese. I could not find it well, so I ignored it.
In exact, Ookura did not know above women well. But he could talk about them as like his mission. This was the specialty of the present Japan, it could not be ended as just kidding. And it was Obviously different from the typical Japanese oppression. It was only similar. Something special was gone on behind-the-scene.
To think about it normally, my monitored event was done by Japanese Media. I could see TV professor and HEARD the twitter of another TV professor. But they could move Japanese police, and the way of monitoring was seemed as like National police. Present national police in Japan were called National Public Safety Commission ( 国家公安委員会：NPSC ). I also could hear about Pachinko and see a porn actress, which were under the supervision of Prefectures’ Public Safety Commission ( 都道府県公安委員会 ). NPSC was the upper organization of these commissions.
The Public Safety Commission in Tokyo was seemed little strange so that I could HEARD their murmuring in many times.
” We are wasting time now.”
— It was natural for that The Cold War had already ended in 1990’s. Perestroika was done by Gorbachev in 1980’s, then the Berlin Walls were fell down in 1989. It had been already out of fashion to crack the ideology down at 90’s. They should have cracked down pachinko industry and adult video industry, but they had never done them. Commissioner General of Japanese police still said there was no exchange to money in pachinko holes ( he wanted to say that these exchanges were done at the next shops of pachinko holes ), and girl’s prostitution was not gone out. Japan was still the worst for these issues. The situation was only for civilians were working hard. It was for the supervisors deeply supposed to involved with each other.
When bombing terrorism was occurred in Asagaya where was near my house ( 1993 ), I HEARD somebody suspected me as this criminal. I could not find it who was, but THEY were laughing to say that, ” It was an allusion to Japanese police.” — It was supposed just a right-wing-party’s terrorism however, THEY added it the different mean. THEY might have mind-controlled somebody.
Suginami Police Department where stood in Asagaya became noisy, somebody questioned to others, ” Did anyone do the roller operation ( door-to-door campaign ) ? ” Others answered, ” No one know.” He questioned back, ” Is it only in his house ? ” Others answered, ” Maybe.” — The suspicion to me was cleared. The monitoring to me was done by some organization beyond the police investigation.
To make sure of that, I went to Asagaya in many times. I pretended to play the arcade games. But nothing was detected. The pressure by any policemen did not come to me. They only seemed to offend a parking violation.
But I could HEAR THEIR murmuring, ” He’s come again.” — Something was strange. To see it, Haraher Type man said, ” It’s wrong for the name of Asagaya.”
When I was interviewed of my new job ( early 1994 ), I went to the building of National Public Safety Commission ( NPSC ). I was pretending for sightseeing. It was important for secret action when in monitored. No one realized my true aim and could reach this building. The guardian was standing at immobile posture with long wooden cane ( 警杖 ) in front of the signboard of NPSC. It was a traditional style of Japanese police which could give pressure to suspicious persons. But they never found me and I did not feel any pressure on this way.
They only kept old style from Great Japanese Empire, but they did not look like killing of innocent people. And the information from THEM did not come down on me. My true enemy supposed to live in other.
In exact, NPSC was an improved organization from Special Higher Police ( SHP ) after WWII. They had still kept cracking down on thought of left-wing, however, they abandoned the crackdown of socialism. But for whether SHP managed the comfort houses for The Allied Forces after WWII, NPSC also became managing sex customs somehow. Japan was a strange country where National Police could manage sex customs. They could also manage bars and cabarets, any gambles ( derby, pachinko holes, etc. ). There was public prostitution system which was from Edo Period ( the samurai age ) in Japan, NPSC was supposed to take over this trend.
Public prostitution system was controlled by Home Ministry of Great Japanese Empire, SHP was also controlled by this ministry. But the crackdown of public prostitution system was done by Japanese police. SHP managed comfort houses after the defeat of WWII, and some of them were hired as the spy against communists ( General Staff Section-2 ; G2 ). Then some of them return to public work as NPSC or governmental organization. But most of them did not return to such public works, then they became a leader of local power like my grandfather ( mother’s father ). He worked as a leader of local agricultural cooperative.
— The meaning points of above paragraphs were that it was not certain why NPSC could have become managing people’s customs. They had enforced The Businesses Affecting Public Morals Regulation Law in 1948. It was not the work of national police.
To see the eavesdropping to communist’s party in 1986, there were a lot of suspicion to NPSC. But this incident was regarded as the crime of Japanese police ( national-public-safety-section-1 of Kanagawa Prefectural Police ). There was the suspicion of that NPSC had concerned with it, however, that was not certain.
To SEE THEM, Japanese TV could have captured the confess of a person concerned with national public safety units ( supposed ) in 1993. He said,
” The son of communist become having the Nazi hobby, haha ! “
— To me ?? My father had to declare for no concern with communism and socialism to co-workers, but he was not a communist. The persons not to have concern with politics in Japan were called ‘ Non-Pori.’ My father became this Non-Pori and could survive. He continued claiming for communism and socialism and finally got Zuiho prize. He even taught this way of living to me and my brothers.
However, they confused communism and socialism with Nazi hobby. They were supposed wasting time for losing their enemy in 1980’s. They supposed to love Japanese militarism, their favorite book was ‘ Maru ( 丸 ).’ This magazine always published the special issues about Great Japanese Empire, they always supposed to want the restoration of Great Japanese Empire. But for it was repelled from Japan, they supposed to spread Nazi hobbies instead. They chose the worst instead of next worst. The numbers of killing in War were that Nazis was the worst and Great Japanese Empire was the next ( about 50 million and 30 million ). My generations were the victims for such conspiration.
To see them, they also had Nazi hobby so that I called them as ‘ Special Senior Police ( SSP ).’ Their thoughts were seen for something hierarchical, it was as like Nazi military rank. — Oberstgruppenführer ( SS senior general ), SS-Oberführer ( SS senior colonel ), like that. They were supposed to use for agents by governmental organizations. But for they were ordinary persons and had to live in the bottom, they were full of complex as same as militarists of German Empire.
Their previous organization was supposed the remnant of SHP but it could not be seen on them. The HJ were also supposed one of SSP. The HJ insisted on it was wrong of whom had Nazi hobby but it was not wrong of publishing Nazi hobby, because there existed the freedom of speech. Which was agreed by SSP. They twisted their strange logics by their own, then they carried it out with new purge. It meant they had the power. It was not hard to imagine who gave them the power.
It was supposed that NPSC plus SSP equalled SHP. Thus, the policeman could stand at the front of NPSC’s signboard with terror.
By the way, the guardian of NPSC was disappeared after 1997. Because the office of NPSC moved into Central Government Building No.2. Good-bye for the past terror.

VI-3. My new part time job made my range of action broadened, I went to various places for work. I could know Tokyo better than. So I decided to see Japanese Media directly. I did not want to be seen by them only, I decided to see them in a contrary. My apartment was stood near NHK. From I started going there, then went others. When I got into a television in the bayside area, something strange was happened.
A middle-aged woman threw the words to me. ” Here’s not a place where you come.”
— I ran away from there with frightened.
I went back to my house to HEAR her murmuring, ” I don’t know why I said so… “
— She might be mind-controlled. Or something special waves might be radiated.
After this encounter, I could see a different encounter in front of Shinjuku ALTA. It was a place where I often became feeling bad. Something special waves were also supposed to radiate there.
A man who looked like Yakuza came to me and said,
” Never talk about 17-years-old.”
— I could not understand why he told it suddenly. I had to HEAR his excuse after a while. Maybe mind-controlled…
” He’s wandering around TV stations. He often watched it. We must care ! “
— He was supposed an agent from Japanese television. He was also could TALK. What a strange country was. Many people could TALK and they did not think it unnatural…
Dancing Queen ( 1976 ) by ABBA
What the seventeen years old was this music. I had not listened to the music 17-years-old at all ( I only listened its cover ). I did not even know the singer’s life. But I watched the movie Mamma Mia with my future wife and could spend emotional time. This song had such special power.
However, seeing THEM, they had a different opinion. To see ABBA’s dancing ( 1:52-1:55 ), THEY were laughing. THEY wanted to say it was a dance of mollusk. It was supposed to mean for Rei people. The way of shaking hips and arms was likely similar to Rei people. But I did not mind whether Alien’s song or not. Because Rei people was supposed The God and they were supposed the most peaceful Species in The Universe. They were far away from mankind who always killed each other.
There was also something came down on our minds. I experienced it after ( 1996 ). It was maybe a gift from The God. Even to HEAR THEIR TALK, I only thought it interesting. I could see ( hear ) the top of the world.
They must have lived together peacefully in The Afterlife.
After I saw a strange Yakuza, I could see an Otaku ( freak ) columnist who had a 17-years-old figure in many times. But for I only watched its cover in public once or twice ( I selected it on a jukebox but it was two years before ), to the end, I could not find what he wanted to do. Japanese Media supposed to think it that I was frowned upon, and they could suppose to think it used for bullying. They were persistent extremely.
— I called it like the supposed bullying as ‘ Heihachi ( 平八 ).’ It was a wrong TV program which was banned to broadcast. We could not find it on the internet because it had only broadcast once. I remembered it a game which answerers ganged up on whom answered the different one. It was a typical Japanese bullying which could not allow to exist the different one. When it was banned ( 2006 ), I worked in a hospital in front of a factory which was named ‘ Heihachi.’ — I could not find it out of spite for me, but I felt something strange about Japanese Media. Their twittering which I could HEARD was so. They supposed to stalk to my working place and watched the signboard ‘ Heihachi.’
Some of them said it occurred accidently. They all were fell into the mystery. It might be ruled by something unfounded. Sometimes I could see like this accidental matching. I called all those which were influenced by something about bullying as ‘ Heihachi.’ It showed high affinity with Japanese society.
